Delhi Police Constable Exam Pattern

Candidates will have their CBT for the post of Constable from 14th November to 5th December 2023. The details of the exam pattern of Delhi Police Constable is as follows:

Duration: The exam duration will be 90 minutes. (1 hour and 30 minutes)

Exam Mode: The exam is online. The candidates have to take a Computer-Based Test(CBT). The candidates need to answer the questions on a computer.

Number of Questions: A total of 100 questions will be asked in the Computer Based Test.

Question Type: All the questions in the question paper will be multiple-choice questions (MCQs)

Type of Questions: The question paper is divided into sections. The sections cover different subjects or topics. The topics include reasoning ability (25 MCQ), general knowledge and current affairs, (50 MCQ), numerical ability (15 MCQ), and computer fundamentals (10 MCQ). Each MCQ is of one mark.

Negative Marking: The candidates need to be very careful while answering the questions. For each wrong answer, a penalty of 0.25 marks is applied.

Language: For the ease of the candidates the exam is conducted in both English and Hindi.
